Parkade
All parking stalls in the parked are assigned and titled to specific units within the complex. Please make sure you park in the stall(s) that are assigned to your unit. If you have any questions about which stalls are yours please contact the Property Manager, KDM. If someone is parked in your stall it is your responsibility to call bylaw and get the vehicle towed.
Surface Parking
All resident labeled surface parking stalls are assigned and titled to specific units within the complex. Please make sure you park in the stall(s) that are assigned to your unit. If you have any questions about which stalls are yours please contact the Property Manager, KDM. If someone is parked in your stall it is your responsibility to call bylaw and get the vehicle towed. Visitor labeled stalls are to be used by visitors only and vehicles must display a visitor parking pass with the suite number visible in their rear view mirror. Visitor parking is regularly monitored and enforced by the Condo Corporation.
